Sure - a request to the top level of your URL is returning "File not found." at the moment so I'm wondering if it's a subdomain. Many hosting providers configure their servers so that you can set-up subdomain.example.com where the top level folder is public_html/subdomain/ so that would be the first thing to check.
As you want to run WordPress, before installing PriceTapestry.org you should first install and get WordPress working at the subdomain.example.com you posted, and once that's up and running, then install Price Tapestry at subdomain.example.com/pt/ and finally the plugin via subdomain.example.com/wp-admin/
