Greetings,
Recently I updated both the PT script and wordpress plugin to the lastest versions (5/10/2016 installs).
I can search for products, see featured products and etc but once you click on a product it says Page Not Found.
Everytime it tries to access /product/ wordpress says it can't find the page (virtual) and I'm stuck with no product pages.
I've reinstalled twice now with no luck. Previous 1.0 worked fine.

I double checked my permalinks and they do not end in /. I also tried to switch them to numeric but still no luck. I modified the files as you suggested and accessed my shopping page then check everything again but it's still the same. I am trying one more thing then I may send you an email if that's OK?

OK I managed to get it working but I'm still confused on something. Previously I used /products instead of /shopping and it worked fine. I decided to resort back to the default /shopping and create a page called shopping which started working.
If I change it to /products and create a page called Products it fails and thus gives me the Page Not Found in wordpress when viewing an item. This is how I've always used it but maybe something changed?
Any idea why that would be?

Hi,
If you could double check that Permalinks are enabled using a suitable format that does not end in "/" (this preserves the same product URLs as standalone Price Tapestry) - I normally use the "Numeric" option, and with that selected that the appropriate WordPress .htaccess file is in place - if WordPress cannot create the file itself the content is displayed after saving the changes for you to copy / paste into the .htaccess file.
That should be all it is, but if still no joy, and it is the same WordPress installation that had version 1 of the plugin installed it may be that the rewrite rules have not been refreshed. To force a refresh, make a temporary edit to the plugin file pto.php - look for the following code at line 124:
$newrules = pto_insertRewriteRules(array());...and REPLACE with:
$newrules = pto_insertRewriteRules(array());$wp_rewrite->flush_rules();
Browse to the /shopping page (or whatever you have chosen to call the container page) once which will force the flush_rules() call, and then undo the mod and restore the original file.
If still not joy of course let me know and I'll check it out further with you...
