I have problem to setup correctly the plugin.
The wordpress installation is allocate in www.mydomain.com
I have install PT in www.mydomain.com/pt/
I see this page www.mydomain.com/pt/admin/support.php and this is result
Base HREF http://www.mydomain.com/pt/
Install Path /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/pt/
I reported these data in the configuration panel of plugin
My settings plugin

Container Permalink http://www.mydomain.com/shopping
A page must be created with this permalink and contain the [pto] shortcode in the page body

Category Base HREF http://www.mydomain.com/category

The problem:
I visit http://www.mydomain.com/shopping and obtain error 404
same for http://www.mydomain.com/merchant , http://www.mydomain.com/category and ect ect...

That sounds like the WordPress "Page" containing the the [pto] shortcode hasn't yet been created. Go to wp-admin > Pages and add a new page. Enter the title Shopping and confirm that WordPress shows a permalink URL of /shopping and enter
[pto]
...as the post body. Publish the page and that should be all it is...!
