in the automation admini section of the script and get this error? Please help

That must indicate that the feeds/tmp file has ended up in a strange permissions state since the error line refers to the unzip process, yet this section of code should not have been reached if the download (to ../feeds/tmp) was unsuccessful.
Firstly, please can you
a) Using your FTP program, check whether an existing file feeds/tmp exists, and delete if so
b) Verify that a job runs manually and displays OK when clicking Run from the Automation Tool
c) Try cron.php - if the problem persists let me know and I'll investigate further...
