It's exactly the command you were running from your browser in the Automation Tool thread - so for a Price Tapestry installation in /pt/ the URL to enter in your 3rd party CRON tool would be:

Don't forget that fetching and importing affiliate feeds can be a lengthy process. First double check that the process works when being called directly from your web browser - on completion look at the /pt/admin/ home page and you should see up to date Modified and Imported date / times for all feeds - that is how to confirm that everything worked. You'll be able to tell if timeouts have been imposed if only some feeds show an updated Modified time, or similarly if all feeds show an updated Modified time but only some feeds show an updated Imported time.
