Select multiple filter options

Hi Henk,

Sure I can convert your filters to list versions (I have standard code for this for standalone Price Tapestry, and since your filters are generated dynamically from the $filters array) the change only needs to be made once...!

If you could send your latest pto.php and pto_search.php I'll take a look at that for you to try...
