Where would I adjust the number of results returned when someone clicks a category or performs a search?

Hi twdesigns,

It's controlled through /wp-admin/ > Settings > PriceTapestry.org, scroll down to the "External" section, where you can configure the value as required alongside the $config_resultsPerPage setting...
