first time user in need of a troubleshoot guide

Hi David,

OldSchool PT user... First time trying out the Wordpress plugin.

I've followed the Quick Start Guide https://www.pricetapestry.org/quick-start-guides for wordpress and the installation for both scripts worked a treat.

/pt/ works as usual. no issues there. Feeds, Product mapping & feature products are working as expected.

Though wordpress "/shopping" page displays the search box and links but didn't display the feature products. Also when using the search function, it returns no results, merchant page list merchant but when you click on the merchant it didn't display the products.

Do you have a troubleshoot guide? I've been using search but maybe i'm not using the keywords.

I've double checked the DB connections etc and everything is the same. .htaccess haven't been edited.

Below are the curent setting for the site:

Permalink is set to the following: /%postname%

Your homepage displays: To static [Homepage] Posts page [shopping]

From what i understand the following pages is managed by the PT plugin (rewrites), so I don't need to create the pages manually.

Merchant Base HREF /merchant
Category Base HREF /category
Brand Base HREF /brand
Product Base HREF /product/
Review Base HREF /review/

The HTML section in PriceTapestry plugin manages the templates for some of the elements of those virtual pages. So the look and feel of the wordpress site would be dependant on the wordpress theme that is selected.
