I have added a featured product to the list in the PT Admin area, but it isn't displaying at {link saved} (the plugin page), but it is at {link saved} (the PT installation directory). I'm not sure how to get the product up on the plugin page, please let me know.

It does appear to be a caching issue as I put that on there the other day to speed up loading times.

Are you using any caching mechanism within WordPress that means the page hasn't been full re-created since adding the new featured product within /pt/admin/?
I notice that the first 4 products are displaying; so a quick to test to confirm whether it's a cache issue would be to temporarily remove all featued products (copy and paste into a empty text file to make sure you don't lose them), save, and then review the /online-shopping page and if the the first 4 products are still displayed that would confirm it as being a cached page...
