11/10/11 - Use full text index bug fix

$pto_config_useFullText setting was ignored, corrected in pto_search.php

11/10/11 - get_settings("blog_charset") added to all htmlentities() calls

This fix ensures that special characters and accented vowels are displayed correctly throughout.
