As far as I'm aware I've installed everything OK, but I can't seem to get any search results to display from PT. As an example please go to {link saved}, which will say there are no products to display, from the database, even though it's definitely in the same database as WP. The Amazon and eBay results come up OK, but nothing from PT.

I checked your site - it looks like you have $config_searchDescription set to True (wp-admin > Settings > PriceTapestry.org under the External section) but not yet run the setup.php process to create the new FULLTEXT index against (name,description).
If you do want to include description in search, go to /pt/setup.php and click the link to create the index - your search should then work as expected.
If you didn't mean to include description in search then you can just change the setting back to False and there is no need to re-run setup.php - your search for "roses" should then work as expected...
