thought I would update one of my existing WP installs to the lastet distribution (v18).
Existing version 1501A. Now have a problem with the merchant logos.
Swapped out the pt directory, carried over existing Logos, known file changes, settings etc.
Everything else seems to be working ok so far, just an issue with the merchant logos.
From the front end logos can be seen apart from 3.
From Admin dashboard, no logos can be seen at all.
Tried to add the missing 3 images, they can be seen from the admin panel, but not on the front end.
Any idea what I may have missed?

Hi David, thanks for your reply.
Gave your suggestion a shot, now have most of the logos showing in the Admin panel apart from 2, which just show the name like "example.com Logo".
On the front end most logos show apart from the same 2, they show as missing image icons.
Any ideas?

Are the logos not displayed the only 2 with a period in the merchant name?
If that doesn't look like the case, are the logo files in exactly the same case as the merchant name, for example if merchant name is:
"Example.com"
...logo file should be
logos/Example.com
If it was...
logos/example.com
...it might not be displayed (depending on server OS...)
What about in /pt/admin/ > Content Management > Merchant Logos? If the same two merchant's logos are not displayed there try uploading using the New Logo form - that should ensure that the logo file is saved and named as required...

Hi,
The latest versions add a logo filename extension - your logos in place from 15/09A are probably formed of just the merchant name - what you would need to do is edit /pt/config.advanced.php and change line 96 as follows:
$config_logoExtension = "";(the default is ".img")
Then correspondingly, in plugin configuration (/wp-admin/ > Settings > PriceTapestry.org) change the same parameter to empty under the External section.
